What You Need
Your report must include:
- The time, date, and location of the incident
- A description of the vehicle, including license plate number
- The type and amount of dumped material

What Happens Next
After you mail the tip form or affidavit, you will get a status update in the mail after a few weeks of mailing either document.
If the respondent pleads not guilty to the notice of violation, you will be required to testify at the hearing. You can also request a hearing on the affidavit form. If a hearing is necessary, you will receive the date and time of the hearing in the mail.
If you're available by phone and can guarantee your appearance in court within two hours of being called, you can request a telephone standby on the affidavit form. Telephone standbys are only available at 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, and 1 PM.
