Coronavirus (COVID-19) Alert

The Health Department is currently reviewing all complaints and responding primarily to those that pose an imminent threat to public health or safety.

Non-emergency complaints will be logged and responded to when regular operations resume.

The City accepts complaints about indoor odors caused by unsanitary pet conditions. 

If you are complaining about an animal owner, you need to have the animal owner's full name and address, including apartment number.

If you are complaining about a property owner, you need to have the property owner or management company's full name and address.
